About Rusty Tugman
After 30 years in full-time congregational ministry, Rusty became the Leadership Trainer & Workplace Coach of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, the state’s largest agency with over 6,000 employees, where he created (and managed) the first internal coaching program at an Oklahoma state agency. Rusty is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Team Coach and Certified Change Leadership Coach through the prestigious Center for Executive Coaching.
In addition, Rusty is a partner with Interim Ministry Partners, providing interim preaching and strategic planning for churches who are in-between preachers; a trainer and speaker for Strata Leadership, a national leadership training and coaching firm; and the owner of Tugman Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where his clients have included leaders from well-known companies such as Boeing, Gulfport Energy, and Garver.
